At Pink&Poshy we value each one of you as our customers. Our top priority is making sure our customers are happy with their purchase and we will work with you closely to ensure this happens.
If you are not happy with your purchase or would like to return/exchange your item(s), please send your items back to our corporate office in accordance with the terms of our Return Policy:
- Contact us first before initiating any returns
- Unworn or damaged item(s) must be sent back to our corporate location within 14 days of the posted delivery date to receive a credit to our store or exchange only.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging, not be used and free from wear and stains.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- All items are eligible for store credit or exchange except for used or worn items
- At this time we do not provide pre-printed return shipping labels and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.
- We are not responsible for any lost packages sent to us and recommend keeping your receipt as proof of return.
- Defective, incorrect or missing items must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Please include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number to ensure swift resolution. Please note that if such orders are not reported to us within this time-frame, we will not issue a an exchange or credit.
- If a customer does not receive their product(s) within 60 days after purchase we will issue a full refund - no questions asked.
- Store credit and exchanges are processed within 5-8 business days after your item(s) are received at our corporate office.
- Please complete checkout with the CORRECT shipping information. In the case of an event where you have filled out your shipping information incorrectly and your order has been shipped we will NOT be responsible to refund or credit you. This is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once the package is in control of your local shipping service we are not liable for any issues concerning delays, custom holds, or orders delivered to a local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the order(s) placed & to contact your local shipping service in order to rectify any problem. Since we do not have jurisdiction over the package at this point, we are not culpable if the order is sent to your post office instead of your address. If you were to find out the package has departed from the office, we are not responsible for reimbursing your funds.
- If the customer ships back an order prior to receiving approval with instructions, store credit and exchanges will not apply.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted ONLY at our corporate office, not at our shipping facility (original sender address). We will provide shipping details for returns/exchanges once you’ve contacted us. Any orders shipped to our shipping facility will be voided due to not following standard return/exchange procedures.
- Exchanged items are non-refundable or re-exchangeable.
- Sale items are non returnable.
